STAGECOACH COUNTRY MUSIC FESTIVAL

Attending a music festival has always been on my bucket list. When the lineup of artists was announced, I knew I had to text Siena so we could make this country festival a reality!

GA PACKAGES:

  • GA Pass - starting at $549

  • GA & Shuttle Combo - starting at $669

*this was what we did*

The shuttle pass includes:

  1. Round-trip shuttle service from various local locations throughout the Valley.

  2. Dedicated routes to ensure the fastest travel to and from the Festival.

  3. Closest venue entry point.

HOTEL BUNDLES:

One cool thing is you can get a hotel/pass bundle and stay at one of the hotels for the event. We ended up opting out of this because we felt it wasn't the best option for us at the time.

We stayed at the Caliente Tropics Resort and drove to catch the shuttle at the Palm Springs Convention Center.

NEED TO KNOWS:

  • Rain or shine

  • All patrons subject to search

  • Lineup subject to change without notice

  • No re-entry allowed without Resort Wristband

    • All Resort guests are required to scan out upon exiting the venue, in order to be able to scan back in later

  • All food and beverage vendors accept credit cards

HOURS:

  • Free Day Parking is open from 12pm-2am

  • Venue opens at 1pm

  • Festival ends on or before 12am (midnight)

  • All times are subject to change

SHUTTLE BUS:

  • Round-trip shuttle service between Stagecoach and various local locations throughout the Valley

  • Shuttles are your BEST choice for transportation to and from the Festival

  • Shuttles drop off and pick up closest to the Festival Entry (Shortest walk)

  • Shuttles depart for the festival from 1:00pm - 8pm each day

  • Return shuttle service ends 60 minutes after the music ends each night

*we honestly enjoyed the shuttle buses because we didn't have to worry about how we were getting to and from the venue*

LOCKERS:

Lockers are a convenient, secure way to store essentials and even charge your devices. The process is straightforward via the app, and locker usability has been confirmed by attendees—great for minimizing what you carry during the day.

Just be sure to book early and pack thoughtfully to fit the locker dimensions.

You will have unlimited access to your locket the entire weekend and store anything you need in there.

We really took advantage of this by putting our blanket, jackets, and merchandise that we bought in there so we didn't have to carry them.

BRAND STANDS:

Throughout the festival, various companies and businesses will have their own setups. Be sure to take advantage of these opportunities, as they often distribute free items or host their own events.

For example, at Beis, you could win a bag by lassoing a suitcase (or you could buy one yourself) and also receive a free keychain! At Shein, there was karaoke, and you could get a custom hat! At Facebook, you could obtain a disposable camera for the weekend!

These are also excellent if you need a rest from all the walking and standing!

There are several different stages where artists are performing at the same time.

You'll need to use the app to plan in advance which artists you want to see at specific times.

Another thing to note - the desert gets EXTREMELY cold at night!! I did not believe it when I heard it but sure enough it does.

On the first night, we were so cold that we had to purchase a blanket. By the second night, we were better prepared and brought our jackets to store in our locker along with the blanket.

We truly had an incredible experience at Stagecoach and would absolutely do it again! Once you've attended, you definitely feel more prepared for the next time. Hopefully, we'll return someday, and who knows, maybe we'll try a different festival!

xoxo
